Madewell Products: Groove Tube - Review

Many of us either love to play golf, or know someone that does. As golf lovers know, keeping your clubs  clean and maintaining that 'new' look isn't always easy. If you do find a product that cleans your golf clubs, it tends to scratch the surface. We pay a lot for clubs we can be proud of (and show off), so why ruin them with harsh polishers and cleaners?

Review:
My husband Bill was extremely excited when we were given the chance to review the Groove Tube by Madewell Products. His clubs get dirty every weekend and do not clean very well. Getting in between the grooves is almost impossible without a brush, but with a brush it just scratches the surface. Not to mention how long it tends to take cleaning each club. Even with a brush you have to scrub for quite a while and still it's not as clean as you would like it be.

After my husband got home from golfing, his clubs were filthy. With dirt and grass stuck all around and in between. So I filled the Groove Tube with water (no soap needed) and started to scrub.

The Groove Tube was easy to use, just squeeze the bottle and the water comes right out of the brush. Within a few seconds of scrubbing, the brush was cleaning without scratching. In less than a minute, the club looked like new, with no sign of dirt, grass, or scratches! It even completely cleaned those grooves.

Bill and I were not only impressed with how quickly the Groove Tube cleaned, but also with the results. With little effort, his clubs were brought back to life and look better than they have in a long time.
The quick-release clip makes the Groove Tube easy to take with you as it clips right onto your golf bag. So now there is no more waiting until he gets home to clean, Bill can easily unclip the Groove Tube from his bag and clean as he goes.
